I was just looking at some of the many issues reported in Atlassians own Jira on JSD and noticed how many great ideas have been suggested. I am curious to hear what other users of JSD would like to see get implemented or fixed.
My own top issues are:
JSDCLOUD-5878 Remove e-mail signatures from incoming email
JSDCLOUD-5614 JSD Notification were not sent out due to failed DMARC. Add option to control the Reply-To: header in Jira Cloud
JSDCLOUD-630 SSO integration with JIRA Service Desk / JSDCLOUD-1015 Active Directory integration for customers
JSDCLOUD-3371 Allow Attachments to be included as an actual Email Attachment
JSDCLOUD-4417 Add email domain to Customer Organisation
JSDCLOUD-2044 As a Service Desk User, I would like notifications to contain the request history
All of these would provide immediate benefit to us and the way we use JSD. What the issues you would like to see resolved?

The email signatures is a must have!
