×Hi, we are using JIRA Service desk (cloud) and also have JIRA software, which we are using the kanban boards and reports etc. However my manager has access as a customer in service desk and user in JSW - how do i give him access to view all the reports from JSD without having to set him up as a JSD agent (and cost of a licence)
I would like him to be self service, and look at the reports when he wants and would prefer not to export.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to access reports within a project without having a license.
The inbuilt reports/queues functionality is available for licensed users only.
