Hello,
any suggestions how its possible to add markdown capabilities on the request's description field in the customers' portal? (much like this field has when adding a question to the portal)
i know its possble to use special chars, but im looking to UI interface.
this is for a cloud instance.

@ben friedman - hi Ben! This currently isn't possible, and there's no workaround that I'm aware of. I'd consider adding a help prompt to your Description field to let customers know they can manually add markdown (asterisks for bold, for example).
