cannot duplicate project

Hello, i have a main project and i want to duplicate it to do some tests. When I creat e new project then select Create with Shared Configuration there is an error message in bottom left corner  : the project was not created.

Can you help me ?

Hi @joris raffin

you could try to work out what is special with the second projects which to cannot duplicate - when you say with the other one it is working okay then there must be some speciality in it.

Finding the root cause 'could' be tricky - my suggestion would be to compary both existing projects for any obvious configuration mistakes but not to invest much time. If you should see nothing obvious you could raise a request with Atlassian Support:

Can you confirm you have the proper permission to create project?

If yes, then check if this issue is browser specific?

I have all the permission i am site admin, product admin i have created all the projects. 

I just tried on mozilla and it's the same issue.

By the way i can create a new project but really not with the " Create with Shared Configuration" issue especially with this project because i have 2 projects and with my main i can't duplicate it but with the second i can.
