customer portal: to choose agent by customer

Hi

i need help with next issue, i can't find the way to change it by myself.

Second, i would like to give a choice to customers whos' help they need? is that possible at all?

thanks for your question. What do you mean by "choose assignee by customer" ?

Regarding the options for the customer to reject or close a ticket, you have to go into the workflow of that request type or its corresponding issue type and make sure to enable the checkbox on these transitions:

for What do you mean by "choose assignee by customer" - i would like to give to customer rights to choose his agent, is that possible? The person who resolve his problem.

thanks for clarification. As far as I know, there is no solution to let the customer pick his agent.
