customising customer group name

Hello,

Recently I customised the name of the customer group in Jira SM. Is there any impact on automation?

I was not aware that when you just change the name because there was a typo then automation rules will no longer work

Does anyone know why is it like this?

It sure could depending on the automation. If you can share the automation we should be able to share it out what needs to be changed.
