export workflow in a word document or MS excel

how can i export the JIRA workflow in to a PPT or excel or word , so that i can adjust the boxes and colur arrows for a human readable / understandable format?

There's no way to export a workflow, other than to a workflow definition file which, while readable as XML, is plain text and only really suitable for importing into other Jira systems.

Hi @Prasad Bharadwaj 

Like Nic said, you cannot export natively into Word or Excel.

Depending on how complex your workflow is, you could redraw it in Visio if you have access, or if it fits on one page, take a screenshot and import it into something like Paint to recolour it.
