Welcome to the community.

To get a users email address via the API, you can use the API calls:

  1. api-rest-api-3-user-search-get 
  2. api-rest-api-3-user-get (accountId required)

i have been used api-rest-api-3-user-search-get 

but if email didn't set anyone can see, The message which API returns does not contain an emailimage.png

Whether the system is configured to have a configuration switch that blocks all mailboxes?
