Hello, how can I automate a certain request type to go to canceled. First I added When: Issue created, thann I used comparing two values and set first value to {{issue.Request Type.requestType.name}}, condition to equals and second value to the name of the request type. Than I added transition the issue to canceled. The problem is when the summary contains something different than the name of the request type the whole automation does not start. How can I fix this?
