include comment in Resolution notification

In the resolution screen, the agent add a comment for the client. How can I include these comment in the email notification?

Hi @Coco _El mejor_ 

Go to your project settings and then customer notifications. There is usually a template called Public comment added. In that template there is a variable ${comment}, when you include this in your template the comment added by an agent should be sent to the customer in the email.
