issue with assist / jira conversational bot

Chris Scott May 24, 2023

we have Jira service manager,  and have connected halp/assist to teams.

however when i type anything from a test acc in teams to it i get this message.

Sorry, I didn't understand that message

If you would like to see a list of all Assist's capabilities, please type "@assist help".

and when i type that in i get this message below and this just goes around in circles.

Here's what I can do:

Raise requests with Assist via the compose box, the message extension, or the message action capabilities.

where can i resolve this ?
