notifications in jira service desk

i have made a custom notification scheme for my project and am trying to send notifications to multiple users for events like 'issue created' , 'issue commented' , and 'issue resolved'.

i am receiving notifications for first two events but not for 'issue resolved' one.

please suggest some way to correct this.

Hi Ankit,

 

It will depend on how your notification Scheme is set. Have you tried to use the notification helper? You can see the page with the steps to use it here. You can set the fields with a Resolved issue with an agent as example. If it does not clarify the issue for you I would suggest you to open a ticket at Support page as we will need to take a deeper look into your Notification Scheme.
