Is it possible to pull Groups and Request types from one Jira Service Desk Project into another Jira Service Desk Project? 

*Example: 

We have 2 Jira services Desk that we use. One as our main Service Desk and the second as an Operations Service Desk. We would like to have the Operations Service Desk appear on the portal main page as a group but still keep the Service Desk Projects as their own. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Christin Veach-Dixon 

Currently it is not possible to copy request types across to other JSD projects. You will have to recreate the Groups/Request Types manually.

There's already a feature suggestion to have this ability -Request type schemes , I would suggest you to vote for it and watch it for future updates.
