any suggestion how i can change the text of the 'reply to customer'?
Its a cloud instance. i need to change it to say something different in english.
@ben friedman - there's no way to change this text without employing a third-party add-on (if one exists to do this).
What text are you looking to replace that with? Is the goal to make it clear who the agent is replying to, if it's an internal customer (for example).
that is indeed the goal. the text is TBD.
any suggestions on add-ons? i thought about translations ones but didnt find a suitable one for cloud.
