There's no costs or installation - it's built into JSM.
Hello @Munir Trolle Laiq
Do you mean documentation?
Here is where you start
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-the-change-calendar/
There is no additional cost since the Change calendar is part of Jira Service Management

thank you Olga.
very much appreciated.
following the instructions above , if was fairly simple create a new Service management project where I am having the Change calendar in.
the remaining issue I am having now this that I have an existing Service management project, where I am missing the operation tab, so I can't see the Change calendar.
Question what do I need to do in order to enable the Change Calendar in my existing Service management project?

thanks however my project is ITSM based as well as Company managed .
so it seem I only need to enable the feature of
Change Management for the project,
our JSM project has been created before the change calendar was created, and I want to be sure that by enabling the feature it will not mess up the current workflow. thanks for your help

As stated by both @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- and @Olga Videc , Change Calendar functionality is free and a part of JSM.
However, it is currently only available if your JSM project is using ITSM project template and it is Company managed project type. For any non ITSM project templated JSM project or "team managed" type JSM project, you will not be able to use it.
Hope this helps.
