2. On attempting to import some data, a number of issues have been experienced.
a. The segment attribute has not mapped across. Discussing with a colleague, they see value “Petcare” in their dropdown and I see “Pet”; which is the value I have used.
b. The Epic Link attribute has not mapped across. Value tried to map was “Iteration 4a – Design”, which directly maps to one of my Epics.

Hello Koteswararao,

The B. problem you mentioned gives me the impression you are trying to import your content to a Next-gen project.

In fact, Next-gen projects do not have an accessible field to define the Epic Link yet (see this feature request), so any kind of imports in this project will not link issues to Epics for now. Can you confirm if this is the project type you are using?

About problem A, can you please let us know what field you have used to collect the mentioned value (Pet) and it's currently displayed wrong? I didn't find any other similar cases about this, so it would be nice if you could provide the steps you took to reproduce the problem so we can further investigate it.

And the most important question: How have you imported the issues? Was it through CSV, JSON or any other formats?

Please, let us know this information so we can properly help you to troubleshoot it.
