30 Day Report of Average Open Tickets a Day

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had any experience creating a report for Jira Service Desk that takes the average number of open support ticket (in progress, escalated, just basically existing open support tickets) and shows a chart of how many per day we have over a period of 30 days?

Hi @Bell Lopez,

Would the Average Age Report, using a custom issue filter fulfil your requirements?

There is a similar question in the community.

Hi @[deleted] that actually might work! We just switched from Server to Could Jira though and I'm having trouble trying to generate new reports.  Do you know how to replicate the Average Age Report using the cloud platform by chance?

Hi @Bell Lopez,

Navigate to any Project page, on the left hand panel you should have the Reports option. Within the Reports option, choose Average Age Report. Once you have selected the Average Age report you should see the the choose filter or Project option.
