I testing Jira Premium and 30 days trial ended and I cancel the subscription after 30 days. I still need to settle the payment?
Hi KM - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You should definitely cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to continue. If your forgot and the trial has expired and you were billed, contact Atlassian Support and kindly ask them for a refund.
Hi John,
I haven't fill in any payment details. Therefore, I just ignore it and wait for subscription end is ok?

Hi @KM Poon Welcome to the community!
Two Possible Scenarios:
You Canceled Before or On the Last Day of the Trial: If you canceled the subscription before the trial expired or on the last day of the trial period, you typically won’t be charged. Free trials allow users to explore Premium features without being billed, but you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid moving into a paid plan.
You Canceled After the Trial Ended: If you canceled the subscription after the 30-day trial ended, you may have been transitioned to a paid plan, and you might be responsible for paying for any usage that occurred after the trial ended. Atlassian would charge you for the first billing cycle based on your plan and the number of users.
How to Check:
Review Your Billing Information: Log in to your Atlassian account and check your Billing section to see if there’s an outstanding invoice or charge.
Go to Admin > Billing > Billing details.
Verify if there’s any charge after the trial period.
