502 Bad Gateway when Choose > Applications in settings pan

Hello.

Jira software\core 7.12.3, Jira servicdesk 3.13.2 server standalone.

This is only observed when i try to go to the Applications. After entering the password, after a while i get 502 Bad Gateway. 

What i need to check and what to look for in the logs?!

Check for errors in atlassian-jira.log file located in your <HOME-DIRECTORY> / logs folder

I didn't find any errors associated with this error. Only psmqAsyncExecutors-job;thread-5410 ERROR
