A way to bulk copy custom fields values from one project/issue type to another project/issue types?

Hi,

Could anyone suggest what would the the best way to bulk copy custom fields values from one project/issue type to another project(s)/issue types(s)? We are on Jira cloud.

Our intention is to first use one of the available apps to clone entire project template with its content, since we have the same type of projects repeating regularly, so we avoid creating same issue types from the scratch each time. Then we would like to be able to update number of custom fields in a bulk in all cloned projects, in the case we have updated the main template.
