Add PDF to Jira Form

Is it possible to add a PDF document to a Jira Form?

@Daniel In Isn't this possible that you upload the PDF somewhere (Confluence, Dropbox, SharePoint, etc.) and then provide a link to the PDF in the form?

I am not familiar with Jira Forms, but I guess you can add description sections to the form or descriptions for any form field, and if it accepts links, then bingo!

No this can't be done.

There is no option to have documents shown on a form, you can have an attachment field, where user can add files.

If not, any suggestions on how to add PDF so users who open the form can view?
