Hi,

The marketplace shows several plugins as compatible to 8.6.1 (e.g. ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Capture for Jira, Xporter, Jira Calendar Plugin, Jira Charting plugin, etc.). So I just upgraded to 8.6.1 - but now Jira says they are incompatible and I should contact the vendor to request an update - there is no update within the system and the marketplace itself. How is this supposed to work and why are the plugins marked as compatible when they are obviously not so?

How should I solve this?

Thanks!

Hello @eelmasllari

Since the marketplace listing states, that an updated version is compatible, you can try to download the most recent version, and then upload it within your UPM. This way the existing Apps version will be updated in your instance.

To download an App simply navigate to its Marketplace Listing → Select the correct hosting option → Versions → See all ### versions → Download the version of your choice

I hope this helped.

Cheers,

Andrej

Thanks a lot! That worked fine (Would be annoying if one has too many plugins, but for the 6 I had, it went quick).

Cheers,

Erion.
