After I close or resolve an issue, how do I send a satisfaction survey to the customer?

I create an issue for a project on JIRA. The issue type is problem. I fill in what is required. Does the satisfaction survey go the customer email that I put when I created the issue?

Currently, satisfaction survey can only be sent after resolution is set.

If you want to send satisfaction survey in other statuses, please vote these issues for Jira Service Desk Cloud (I reckon you're using Jira Service Desk Cloud)
