Hi Amir,

The error message that you are seeing is, unfortunately, relatively generic.  My advice would be to open a ticket with Atlassian Support at support.atlassian.com so that we can take a deeper dive into your situation.

First, try removing the addon, then reinstalling it.  If that does not help, then you'll need to read your log to find out what errors it is throwing.
