Agility Template with Jira Portfolio

Hi everyone,

 

Can you confirm that the Agility Template will not operate with Jira Portfolio because it does not have Epics only Stories? Is this intended?  We had planned to really use Portfolio to track overall project plans for the next 12 months but it doesn't look like we will be able to. Am I just doing something incorrectly?

Hi Joseph!

 

The Agility boards are work in progress and will continue to evolve. So yes, at the moment Portfolio cannot pull data from the agility board as it would do from a Scrum board but this doesn't mean this is fixed or won't change. We also don't have an ETA when Agility board will have reached their full potential so please bear with us and keep checking our website for updates.
