Is the Agility project template available in JIRA server? If so, what version is required?
Also, if I have a software project with custom fields/issue types, workflows, etc, can I convert it to the Agility template easily?
I've got a dev that wants to use the kanban board, but the way we work we assign epics (not just tasks) to devs. Not really interested in thoughts on if this is wrong :) It's a documented practice that is approve in a very regulated environment -- so, no matter what you or my dev think, the fact that we use epics to represent requirements that are assigned directly to devs can't change. The dev is thinking that with an Agility project he could create a board that has issues that are tasks, epics, and our other custom issue types (like design document). I'm trying to figure out if this is possible in JIRA server with an existing project like ours.
