Hi all,
I need to give 1 user the ability to upload CSV files (via the Filters tab) but I cannot find the option, can anyone please point me in the right direction?
They have 'Admin' user in the project instead of Sdesk Agent / Customer.

I think I have found it but if someone could confirm there are no other locations for it.
System > Global Permissions > Grant Permission
A user needs the Global Permission for Make bulk changes to be able to upload issue data via CSV from the "View all issues" page.
That also gives them access to the Bulk Change option on the same page.
