Announcement banner displayed randomly

Hello,

For a few days now, I've been noticing that the announcement banner appears randomly. It appears then disappears when I refresh the page, then appears again.

Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

Hi @Aline Veyradier I'm not seeing the same behavior you are, but I might not be looking in the same spot you are.  Could you give us a more specific example of your workflow?
