Anyone using the issue collector on iPad and JIRA 8.20.12?

We have an old 7.13.2 JIRA server setup with 2 issue collectors.

I have created an custom collector with a custom HTML page that is hosted on the Tomcat server (same JIRA box).

We are currently using an iPad with safari to access the issue collectors.

The problem is when I have upgraded to 8.20.12 everything broke.

I finally got the webpage running, however when I submit the form on the iPad, it gives me an Oops something went wrong.

Anyone using an iPad with issue collectors and JIRA 8.20.12?
