Assign default value to system field

Would like to be able to add a default value to a system field.  You can set default values to custom fields.  

Specifically I'm looking to do this on the duedate field.  Be able to add +14 days to todays date or similar.  I see no reason why you can't do a default value for any system field entry though, not just duedate.

The default fields don't have that functionality.

You could botch something in with javascript, but I'd have a look at doing it with the Behaviours module in the Script Runner
