Assignee Name

Is it possible for the assignee name to be switched to icon only (like Request Participants)?

Not a major issue but aesthetics matter.

Hi Mark, I took a quick look in Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) and didn't find any suggestions, but I may have missed it.  

I can't think of a way to do that, but you might want to check w/ support (support.atlassian.com/contact) to know for sure.
