Hi,
I'm finding myself confused with Atlas' permissions and product access,
In our instance we have users with Jira licences whom only have access to one or two projects, we have them in a separate group, let's call it "externals", the rest of our users have user access across our Jira projects and confluence spaces.
We are looking into using Atlas, but will it be enough to not give the "externals" group product access to Atlas, or will they even if they don't have product access be able to see goals and such in Jira software?
We want to be able to use Atlas but keep the info hidden from the "externals" group
Hello Lise,
without product access user can not use Atlas. I have tested this with this configuration.
