Attachments from JIRA shown as text in ServiceNow

We have a JIRA-ServiceNow integration which runs on JIRA Webhooks,
The only problem we face is that the attachment sent from the Comments are shown as text in service now
whereas the attachments sent using the attach button( paperclip icon near link issues) sends the attachment (pdf/image) to service now and its is visible.
Webhook configuration is as below
all other options (pertaining to sprint/filter, etc. are unchecked)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
