Auto creating of tickets

Hi,

We have an automation that creates a new JIRA ticket from every email we receive. This does not seem to be working now. JIRA ticket is not getting auto created from the email. 

Can someone please provide JIRA support email address where I can send an email to seek immediate support for this.
