Hi,
Is there a way to automatically create subtasks for a particular issue whenever the issue is created using Ondemand Jira ? For example whenever an Issue is logged it should automatically create a two sub tasks dev and QA.
Thanks in advance,
Jithin
It requires some customizations and hence not possible in onDemand.
Thanks Jobin but is there a way to prioritise this issue because I am sure there are many more users who would like this change.....

You can create a feature request with Atlassian ;)

There is a plugin for this too, but as Jobin has said it can't be installed on OnDemand.

Yeah that's the 1. Unfortunately this is the current situation. If you do need a hosted JIRA and need this now, you might need to go with a separate third party hosted JIRA solution. No other solution yet on OnDemand.

Specifically Create on Transition Plugin for JIRA . This is a topic discussed elsewhere and there are Atlassian efforts to improve the situation for OnDemand. Wait and see at the moment.
