Automatically create sub-tasks and assignees

Hi,

I have a project with two 'user' custom fields and the requirement is to create two separate sub-tasks from the parent ticket and for these two sub-tasks to be assigned to the the selected users.

 *Requirement is to create sub tasks automatically and assign automatically to the selected users

What's the best way to go about it?  Is there an add-on for this?
