Automatically format Internal Comments

Is there a way to automatically format internal comments so that they are easily distinguished from public comments in the ticket comment thread?  I can see the Internal tag but was thinking perhaps different font colour or background colour. 

Are there any plug-ins available that can do this?

Thanks for responding to me Alexey, I should have been clearer in my question, I was aware that this is not possible out of the box. I was asking if anyone had found a way to do this using automation, plugins etc...

I notice that this functionality is default on the android app.

I do not know of such add-on. Moreover you are on Jira Cloud, I doubt it can be done  at all.
