Automation- Error while parsing additional fields. Not valid JSON

I am trying to write an automation for the following but I keep getting this error :

"Error while parsing additional fields. Not valid JSON"

Automation-

When: a new issue is created

Then:

• 3 new tasks are automatically created with the trigger title in the Task title + "SPEC", "UAT", or "FUNC TEST"- examples:
  • SPEC (trigger issue summary)
  • UAT (trigger issue summary)
  • FUNC TEST (trigger issue summary)
• These new tasks automatically link to the trigger story using "enables"

Please help me understand how to write this automation appropriately.  thank you
