Hello,
I'm attempting to build a automation flow when an Assignee is adjusted, it should check the user and if it matches then it's going to create a task in a different board. However, I can't get it to recognize the Assignee. Maybe I'm putting the wrong criteria? What should go into the criteria? I'm assuming that it's suppose to be the email of the user that is in the Assignee?
Maybe It's my misunderstanding of the user condition?
Any help is appreciated.
If you just "click" the field, is anything shown? It should show a drop-down of users.
If it does - does entering another user's details work? Or is it working for no user?

You could try...
Ste
Even issue fields condition is not populating the users.
I also attempted to use Edge and the same issue still happens.
This feels like a configuration needs to be set somewhere?

It is a permissions issue.
I needed proper access to the Browse users and groups in the Jira Settings > Global Permissions.

Hello @Brady_ James
If you start typing the display name, it should show the value for you to choose, or you can pick it from drop down? Have you tried that? :p

I have tried that and that is the odd part, nothing is showing up.
Does this need to be configured?

If I start typing, I see prompts for users matching the letters I keyed. May have to wait for other experts to pitch in on why you are not seeing this behavior.. sorry.
