Automation - When Sprint created then create issue

Hi can anyone help me? 

I am 99% I've done this before and everything online implies I should be able to do it. Essentially, we want to automatically generate a couple of spikes for release work and scrum master support when a new sprint is created. However, when I try to set the action to create an issue, I cannot find anything to do with creating, copying etc a ticket
