Hello,
I have a project with a Manual trigger that clones an issue with automation for Jira.
For the Cloned issues I wanted to make another automation, but Automation for Jira does not work. It does not capture the Creation neither with the Issue Created Trigger or the Issue Created Even Trigger.
How can I capture the cloned issues if there is no event to identify them?
The case is:
I click on a Manual trigger and copy a ticket from Project A to Project B.
Now in project B I want some things to happen to that ticket. But no event captures the creation of the ticket in project B.
Any help?
Hi @Lara Lopez
Did you check the "...allow other rule actions to trigger this rule" on the "Rule details" page of the issue-created trigger?
(This means that you are allowing the issue-create event to be triggered even though it was the result of an action in another rule).
