How do you set up automation to set up daily Tasks to an existing epic?
I have the 'schedule' automation set up to give me a daily task. However, I now need that daily task to populate under an existing epic.
Hi @erin.day - Can you please share the schedule automation? This may just be a matter of setting the Epic Link or Parent field (Company/Team Managed project respectively) as part of that issue create action
I was able to add the link to the epic. It wasn't a field showing. I finally found that part.
Now my question is, if Tasks are linked to an epic. Why don't they show up on my kanban board showing all my tasks? I am the assignee and it is in a workstream.

First, confirm the issues are actually linked to the Epic by viewing the Epic.
Second, your board filter may be excluding the tasks. Show us the filter and sub-filter for your Kanban board and an example of an issue that you think should display that is not displaying.

Also, are you able to confirm that your project is in fact a company-managed project? If it's a Team Managed project, Epic Link will serve no value.
