Hi people, need a little help here.
I'm working on some automation.
When I create an issue on Project X
I need to clone this issue to another 10 projects
This automation is already working, but how can I link the cloned issues, to the first Issue with the same automation?
I need to do it exactly the way is on the print bellow.
Thanks
When you're cloning the issue in Automation, you should set the "Linked Issues" field in order to create the link between the issues.

Change the rule and add create issue action for each project and select the correct project in the action.
Make sure that the rules is also scoped to all the projects where the issue needs to be created.

Hello Marc ,
Thanks for the answer, would you also have any idea of how to keep both the cloned tickets ( from 2 different projects ) synchronised ( fields like comments updated from one to another, status updated etc.)?
regards
Tanuja
