BI Add-in for Insight Cloud and Service Management?

I need to do reporting on Insight (Cloud) objects and tie them to Requests in a Service Management project.

I looked at EazyBI but I haven't quite figured out yet how to link an Insight cube with the Issues cube (I've emailed them and they haven't gotten back to me, but it hasn't been that long, so no shade there). 

I know Insight is still pretty new for Cloud - is anyone using an add-in or something else to do this?

My specific requirement is that I need to link fields between data cubes so I can do analysis between issues and Insight objects. Any thoughts?
