Backlog ranking issues

We have the same issue explained in the following article. Backlog ranking throws error that other users might be ranking issues. I understand this could be due to Lexoranking running. There is no clear solution mentioned here though

1. How can I edit the Lexo ranking schedule to run after working hours so then it doesnt disrupt users?

2. What else is a solid solution to this issue?

I am on single node server installation and all the parameters as false under Balancing session. Can I just run Integrity check to know the issue? Does this affect performance? Please help!
