Best way to refer to completed issue/stories in completed sprints?

Dan Knudsvig March 19, 2019

When I set a issue/story to done and then complete the sprint what is the best way to find that issue/story in the future for reference?

Hi @Dan Knudsvig

the question is probably how you'd like to find it.

I usually go to <JIRA_BASE_URL>/issues/ (e.g. https://jira.atlassian.com/issues) and search by the criteria I remember. Usually I select the project and enter some part of the summary I have in mind in the text box. This is what @Jack Brickey meant with "use in a JQL".

Hope this helps!

Matthias.

if you know the sprint then you can either use it in a jql or you can simply go to Reports > Sprint Report and select the sprint.
