Hi there

Another team (or teams) within our company would like to use our JIRA instance, is there a way we can separate billing so we are able tell what the costs are between my team and the other team(s)?

Welcome to the community.

No Jira is a single bill based on the number of licenses consumed.

So you could calculate this, divide the total monthly bill through the number of consumed licenses, this will give you the price per user.
