Blank screen in screen Scrum board

I have admin access and board owner for scrum board in project. Also i have admin access to project. But for some reason I am seeing a blank screen under backlog.

Jira system admin is able to backlogs items along with option to configure board on top right. I am not sure what is the issue

@Ron Jacob, lets get a bit more detail

  • has this ever worked?
  • can you share an image of the board settings > Columns screen?
  • if you run the filter in the search issues what statuses are your issues in?
