Blocking signature attachments from Salesforce

I am using the Service Rocket add-on to create tickets in Jira from Salesforce cases. My only issue right now is that the email signature images are flowing over as attachments. How are you dealing with this? Is there a way to block .png files? They all come through in that format. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
