Bulk Change

Hi,

I would like to give bulk change option for transition the workflow to perform bulk transitions for few people without giving administration access.

There is a Bulk Change permission under gloabal permissions which you can assign to a group, create a group of people whom you want to give this permission and add that group in gloabal permission bulk change.
